3. Land steadily on your feet, steering clear of twisting your knees.

Proper Form

1. Start by tossing the ball upwards and away, with your arms fully extended.

2. Leap and reach for the ball, stretching your arms as high as possible while maintaining a solid stance.

3. Catch the ball while bringing your arms to your chest and lifting your knees.

4. Use the landing momentum to hurl the ball back up and away, extending your arms once more.

Breathing Technique

1. Take a deep breath in as you throw the ball upwards.

2. Exhale thoroughly as you catch the ball and return to the ground.

Precautions

1. Position your feet shoulder-width apart in a wide stance, with arms reaching forward.

2. Slightly bend your knees while ensuring your back is aligned.
